Adrienne, the co-founder of Trusting Hands Home Health Care Services LLC, has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. She leads a dedicated team of caregivers who provide compassionate and specialized care to clients, ranging from 6-hour shifts to 24-hour support.

We offer a comprehensive range of elder care services. For each client, we create a personalized care plan tailored to their specific needs, working closely with families to ensure the highest quality of care for their loved ones.

Adrienne, who is originally from Ireland, is committed to overseeing her staff regularly and takes great pride in the exceptional service that Trusting Hands Home Health Care Services LLC provides. We are dedicated to offering patience, compassion, and special attention to clients and their families during a time when it's most needed.

Mirdith Remy-Valeus is a seasoned human-services professional with nearly twenty years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in community agencies, correctional facilities, schools, residential programs, and private practice. For the past decade she has served as a licensed psychotherapist, providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide array of mental-health and life challenges. Mirdith now channels this diverse clinical and leadership background into the home-care service industry, where she is committed to delivering client-centered support grounded in dignity, empathy, and empowerment—helping every person she serves become the best version of themselves.

Stephanie Guerrier is a compassionate and bilingual professional with a Bachelor of Social Work from Bridgewater State University and diverse experience in hospice care, home health services, early childhood programs, and executive-level support. She has worked directly with elderly and end-of-life patients, supported healthcare leadership in administrative roles, and completed a hands-on internship at Self Help Inc.’s Head Start program conducting home visits, creating family partnership agreements, and connecting families with vital resources.

Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, and proficient in French and Spanish, Stephanie brings a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach to her work. She is dedicated to serving individuals and families with empathy, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.

I am a student of life, a social worker, and a great believer in learning the tools needed to deal with the unwanted pressure of life. I have been in the Human Services industry for over sixteen years and have worked in various roles. My work history includes but is not limited to advocacy, clinical work, consultant, and Life coaching. In my work as a therapist, I have a unique  perspective in providing quality services that focus on building trust, respect, providing a nonjudgmental environment, and working with my patient to develop a treatment plan that addresses the underline cause of the diagnosis.  

Ideally, my goal is to advocate and promote a world that grants full access to resources for all communities in need that focuses on fostering independence rather than creating dependency. Outside of work, I enjoy being around and making people laugh. I believe Laughter brings brighter days, even in the darkest moments in life. I enjoy photography, reading, and researching ways to improve lives in my free time. Some of my favorite activities include coaching and playing soccer, going to the gym, walking, and running. I also have a particular interest in life coaching teaching others how to find fulfillment in life.
